• Managing and improve existing Distributor partner programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs.. • Leading new initiatives from inception to execution, driving operational improvements and process efficiencies. • Collaborating closely with strategic Distributors to gather requirements, design processes, and implement scalable, streamlined renewal and program initiatives effectively. • Implementing partner enablement strategies, ensuring Distributors and Resellers possess essential training, resources, and tools to effectively sell and deliver Akamai solutions. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Partner Account Executives and leadership, to align program strategy with business priorities. • Working cross-functionally to define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans. • Tracking and analyze Distributor GTM performance across key metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Delivering partner-focused assistance as required to address and resolve partners' issues, questions, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in program management, channel operations, partner programs, or partner enablement, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent professional background.
- Demonstrate experience supporting distributor or two-tier partner models to effectively contribute to organizational goals and collaborative partnerships.
- Be detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to solve complex business challenges.
- Have communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive results in a matrixed environment.
- Excel in a dynamic environment, managing shifting priorities effectively while adapting to changing business requirements and objectives.
- Be comfortable working in an international environment, engaging with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Be well versed in Salesforce, Partner Portals, and Metrics/KPI dashboards

Charges recovery to be as per the extant guidelines. • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents, checks related to TBML • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Ensure no unattended reconciliation entries pending in Nostro or Internal accounts on daily basis. • Ensure cross skilling for entire team in at least 2 more products.
• Receive hands-on training across operations, management, and purchasing • Observe experienced employees to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards of performance for a successful sales center • Shadow contractors/builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn aspects of the swimming pool, irrigation, and landscaping businesses • Assist in pulling orders from the warehouse and transfers items between sales center locations • Perform cycle counts in the warehouse and compare numbers to inventory software to ensure accuracy • Learn Prelude inventory system/ADS shortcuts and screens • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable duties • Prepares and mails daily invoices and files pertinent paperwork in the correct files • Review the P&L with the sales center manager • Attend conference calls with Recruiters, MIT Program Manager and other Interns • Complete operations project(s) by the end of the internship • Other job duties and special operations projects as assigned
