• You will support our team with a variety of tasks across the design process: • Work across all phases of the user-centered design process • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and design system components • Visualize user journeys, personas and customer journey maps • Organize and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and data analysis • Support the (re)design of complex tools and dashboards • Contribute to the conception and facilitation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., with FigJam) • Prepare and present UX reports and testing results • Create content for presentations, webinars, online courses and blog posts • Assist with content production (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks) • Help with community management and the organization of course programs

• Drive the vision and execution of Addi's lending product experience, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy journey for every user. • Leading, growing, and mentoring a world-class design team to deliver measurable business outcomes from increasing transaction rates to improving customer satisfaction. • Increase feature adoption and retention for key deposit/savings features through iterative design optimization based on A/B testing and user analytics. • Achieve user success rate on the new bill payments flow, eliminating key friction points identified through usability testing and reducing support tickets related to this function. • Lead the discovery and design of one major new financial product or feature that successfully moves from research to a measurable MVP launch within the year. • Define, document, and integrate user experience principles for security and transactional workflows, ensuring alignment with the design system and improving team-wide consistency.
