Enterprise Sales Director

• Lead complex global enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closing with multinational beauty and retail organizations • Own and close high-value contracts ($250K–$2M+ ACV), including multi-brand and multi-market agreements • Build and scale the enterprise sales function, including pipeline strategy, forecasting, sales processes, and KPIs • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving performance and deal execution • Define and execute the global enterprise go-to-market strategy • Engage C-level stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise procurement and legal processes • Structure multi-year enterprise contracts in collaboration with legal, finance, and leadership • Design strategic rollout plans across multiple regions (US, EU, APAC, MENA) • Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope and deliver enterprise solutions • Drive enterprise account growth, partnerships, and expansion opportunities • Represent the company at major international industry events.
Job Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, or similar industries
- Proven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ enterprise deals with multinational organizations
- Experience building or scaling enterprise sales teams and managing Enterprise Account Executives
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, contract structuring, forecasting
- Experience with complex 6–18 month sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, NRR, churn, expansion, and LTV
- Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to present complex AI/technical solutions to business and technical leaders
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and enterprise sales tools
- Impeccable English; additional languages are a plus.
