• Assist in pre-sales activities (RFP responses, Client Discovery, Demo Preparation and Delivery) • Assist SD competency lead in QA checks on SD implementations • Work with SD competency lead to drive improvements in Syntax SD intellectual property and delivery capabilities • Take lead in design of complex SD enhancements and/or extensions to standard SAP • Provide functional and architectural guidance to teams designing leading edge solutions in the SD space (e.g. Mobile solutions, Business Intelligence)

• Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VoIP and IP telephony systems (Cisco, Avaya, MS Teams, GrandStream, and similar) • Integrate collaboration systems with Active Directory and identity management platforms • Maintain service uptime and performance for unified communication platforms • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless system and application integration • Provide Level 2/3 technical support for communication-related incidents • Analyze system logs, network data, and performance metrics to proactively prevent issues • Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and inventories • Assist in developing technical proposals and network design documents for clients • Lead or support client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycle

• Collaborate with the PAM Business Unit, Account Executives and Regional VPs • Sell Saviynt’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution • Provide expert knowledge to existing and prospective customers • Drive opportunities to closure and impact revenue

• In addition to contributing code and tangible deliverables, you will be expected to work as an advisor to help identify, educate, and foster best-in-class solutions. • Creating these relationships requires strong communication skills and a passion for solving complex challenges.
