Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. We are looking for an AI & CRM Implementation Specialist responsible for the execution, configuration, and optimization of CRM systems and AI-powered tools. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building, maintaining, and improving the PatientX Hub (based on Go High Level). The ideal candidate will translate business needs into workflows, automations, and functional integrations, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, technical, and proactive, who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and continuously improving systems in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Build, implement, and maintain workflows, automations, pipelines, and campaigns in Go High Level Configure CRM systems for internal use and client projects Implement AI tools and automation solutions based on defined strategies Continuously optimize system performance and efficiency Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to CRM, automations, and integrations Integrate the CRM with websites, marketing tools, and third-party platforms Ensure data accuracy, tracking, and system organization Test workflows, automations, and integrations before deployment Follow SOPs and contribute to process documentation Stay up to date with CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation best practices Support the internal team by implementing system changes and improvements Perform ongoing system maintenance and cleanup Requisitos Requirements 2–4+ years of experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms Experience with Go High Level (preferred) or similar CRMs such as HubSpot Experience building workflows, automations, and integrations Familiarity with AI tools and automation solutions Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Strong problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Experience with JavaScript, Python, or scripting Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Customer Delivery & Digital Implementation - Contribute to the implementation of enterprise imaging workflow solutions across radiology and cardiology departments. - Own workflow, configuration, and application deliverables throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects. - Participate in workflow architecture, design decisions, configuration planning, testing, and validation to ensure alignment with customer expectations. - Partner with customers to understand clinical and operational needs; conduct workflow assessments and design strategies tailored to their environment. - Provide standardized recommendations on workflow, application setup, clinical reporting, measurement protocols, and image management. - Ensure readiness for go‑live, including training, validation, and clinical adoption planning; support post‑go‑live check-ins to drive customer satisfaction.
