Job Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering manager role for product engineering teams
- Experience leading team sizes of 15-20+ with managers or leads reporting into you
- Strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality
- Have participated in developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives (recruiting processes, career frameworks, etc) in a prior role
- Have prior experience managing complex, long-term projects that touch multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Effective communicator and story-teller. Able to influence cross functional stakeholders and adjacent teams
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
