• Develop features and improvements to Dandy’s products • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to maintain quality • Develop order routing logic for correct order delivery • Partner on manufacturing automation projects • Provide real-time data on order statuses • Build software capabilities to optimize workloads
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Substantial experience with backend asynchronous systems
- Experience with logistics and operational domains
- Experience with large and complex production systems
- Strong ability to operate with minimal oversight
- Ability to understand business functions and address challenges through engineering
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions
- Experience with performance and optimization problems
- Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
- Effective communication skills
- Experience owning a project from concept to production
- Self-motivated and self-managing with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization
