• Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers and Demo Engineering to design and deliver high-impact, AI-driven demos. • Conduct in-depth Conversation Assessments and data analyses to uncover opportunity areas. • Develop and generate high-quality synthetic conversations and AI model behaviors. • Design dashboards that tell a compelling business story. • Lead the design of QA automation frameworks that maximize projection and coverage. • Strategize and design scalable demo accounts that can be provisioned as sandbox environments.

Job Requirements

  • Deep understanding of contact center operations, performance metrics, and workflows across industries such as financial services, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
  • Strong perspective on evolving contact center technologies and the tools agents use daily.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in conversational design, including building bots, virtual agents, AI-driven workflows, or conversation analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges and structural changes impacting contact center verticals today.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus.

For designers, this creates a rare opportunity: contributing to the ongoing evolution of a trusted climate brand at scale, and helping shape how complex climate impact is communicated with both scientific rigour and visual distinction. 1) Creative Designer (Freelance / Permalance Pool) We’re particularly interested in creative designers who are excited to grow their craft within a purpose-driven studio and, over time, develop into people management roles within a design team. We’re looking for someone with curiosity, ambition and care for others - a designer who enjoys collaboration and is interested in how creative teams work, grow and support each other. Over time, this pathway may include mentoring, coordinating projects and contributing to the culture and direction of Ecologi’s design studio. You might be a great fit if you: - Have 4–6 years’ experience in an agency or in-house design team. If you are even more experienced, that’s great! We’re looking for experienced designers who can elevate how this information is visualised across our brand. This role focuses on crafting a cohesive visual language for data, metrics and explainer graphics - balancing scientific clarity with premium editorial design. We’re looking for designers who can: - Design distinctive, on-brand infographics and data visualisations - Create badge, icon and graphic systems aligned to brand - Translate climate concepts into clear visuals - Build modular graphic systems for reuse at scale - Maintain consistency across multiple touch-points - Are curious about and are exploring how AI is shaping creative work - Elevate existing graphics to match our evolving brand. Role Description Happy Returns is seeking a thoughtful, user-centered UX Design Summer Intern to join our Design team. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, high-impact experiences across our returns platform, working at the intersection of e-commerce, logistics, and retail. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to design solutions that improve both customer and partner experiences. What You’ll Do: - User Research: Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to understand customer, retailer, and operations pain points across the returns journey. - Experience Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to improve key product experiences across Happy Returns’ platform. - Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts quickly. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. - Design Systems: Contribute to and leverage existing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products. - Data-Informed Design: Use qualitative and quantitative insights (user data, behavioral metrics) to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
