• Designing and implementing statistical analyses for clinical trials, including the development of statistical analysis plans and interpretation of results. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define study objectives, data requirements, and statistical methodologies. • Providing expert statistical guidance and support for the development of clinical trial protocols and data analysis strategies. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices in statistical analysis and reporting. • Mentoring and supporting junior statisticians, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within the biostatistics team.

• Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction • Understand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production efforts • Support clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as needed • Partner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment • Accurately maintain forecast in a timely manner • Partner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEs • Stay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices • Build strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer service

• Provide expertise and support to healthcare organizations to improve revenue cycle operations • Lead monthly web-based meetings with clients to discuss regulatory changes, coding updates, and revenue cycle issues • Write and edit articles on topics relating to the revenue cycle • Prepare written responses to client questions regarding revenue cycle • Conduct revenue cycle assessments by interviewing clinical department leaders to assess appropriate charge capture and ensure accurate reporting. • Serve as subject matter expert in speaking engagements.

As a Workday HCM Senior Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet the specific needs of the client. This remote role can be located anywhere within the United States or Canada to perform the required responsibilities. KEY EXPECTATIONS - Provide expertise in multiple modules in the Workday HCM suite (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, Payroll/Time & Absence) - Lead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients - Work with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday - Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions - Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledge - Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support - Collaborate and communicate effectively on team-based projects - Facilitate clients’ intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices - Maintain clients’ ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is reputable and referenceable once in production - Provide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status - Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively - Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications - Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems) - Demonstrate computational thinking.
