Payment Processing Manager

• Responsible for overall management and supervision of the payment processing functions. • Oversee a team of 4, ensuring quality services in terms of timeliness, preciseness, and accuracy of payments and reports. • Plan, direct and supervise payment processing functions. • Prepare payment processing reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. • Provide supporting documentation for audits. • Oversee collection and maintenance of data and statistics. • Evaluate current systems and workflows recommending changes and improvements. • Interpret and implement program policies and procedures. • Oversee staff training and curriculum including new policies and procedures. • Evaluate and provide timely feedback to staff on performance-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 3 - 5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience in American companies, preferably e-commerce, streaming or IT
- 3+ management experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)
- Highly proficience in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Quickbooks
- Fluent Russian and English.
