Job Description

Technical Support – GE Wind Turbines

ENERTRAG

• Develop case-specific solutions for issues that cannot be resolved at 1st-level (service technicians) • Support service personnel in troubleshooting GE wind turbines • Initiate corrective actions to resolve faults • Regular deployments (throughout Germany) to wind turbines for condition assessments prior to contract takeover • Regular hands-on support of our service teams on and at the turbines with a "hands-on" mentality • Handle customer inquiries • Further develop processes, e.g. by creating and optimizing technical work instructions, maintenance protocols, etc. • Optimize defect-reporting forms to improve quotation and order preparation by service personnel

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical, mechanical or technical field
  • Several years of experience troubleshooting GE wind turbines
  • Willingness to work at heights
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid driver's license (Class B or BE)
  • Strong reliability, initiative, flexibility and a willingness to help are among your personal strengths
