Technical Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide feedback to improve the support process • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system • Provide training to customers on new products and software updates • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve product offerings • Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with new technology and software releases
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts
- Knowledge of javascript and React js
- SQL and database query language experience
