Technical Support – Vestas Wind Turbines
ENERTRAG
• You develop case-by-case solutions that cannot be resolved at the 1st level (service technicians) • You assist service staff with fault diagnosis on Vestas wind turbines • You initiate remedial actions to resolve faults • You are responsible for customer inquiries • You are responsible for the further development of processes, e.g., creating and optimizing technical work instructions, maintenance protocols, and other documentation • You optimize defect-reporting forms used by service staff for quotation and order preparation
Job Requirements
- You have completed training in an electrical, mechanical, or related technical field
- You have several years of experience troubleshooting Vestas wind turbines
- You enjoy working at heights
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
- You hold a valid driving licence (category B or BE)
