This role will lead architecture, configuration, customization, and integration efforts across ITSM Pro and ITOM modules while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise architecture standards. Required Work Experience 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IT applications 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Pro and ITOM 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and system design on complex IT projects Required Education Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional experience Required Licenses and Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required at time of submittal ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM (Certification details must be listed on resume) Additional Required Qualifications: - Hands-on experience designing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM Pro modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Major Incident). - Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration). - Experience architecting and governing CMDB data models, CI relationships, and data integrity standards. - Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. - Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations. - Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting experience. - Experience with data modeling and relational database design principles. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience creating technical design documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards. - Proven ability to lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams. - Strong communication skills with ability to present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment. • Own and Drive enhancements, optimization and automation to the deployment methodologies used by CS and PS organizations • Identify target customers and market opportunities where automation can be used to optimize the deployment and operation of Palo Alto Networks SASE products • Manage our Intellectual Property by educating stakeholders on the availability of assets and enlisting the support of contributors • Oversee the development of automation assets and lead the enablement of the PS and CS organizations and partners • Monitor utilization and effectiveness of our Intellectual Property • Develop SASE training and training materials for PS, CS and partners • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance their understanding of SASE and related technologies • Engage with customers in the delivery of new services and strategic engagements with a focus on service validation and the development and capture of Intellectual Property • Partner with Service Sales in understanding customers requirements and transforming them into offerings • Help position the right offerings and present the onboarding and scale methodology to the customers • Develop new SASE offerings to better align with the market needs and simplify the positioning of the right services to the customers • Refine our services for efficient consumption by the PS, CS organizations and partners • Ensure successful completion of projects and share lessons learned • Collaborate on recommended architectures with Consulting Engineers, Developers and other internal SMEs • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on new products and features to ensure PS and CS technical Readiness

• Promote and sell Trading Central solutions to financial institutions • Develop, grow and manage your own Sales & Deals Pipeline • Cold calling, presentation, negotiation, account management • Update all sales activity in an efficient manner • Monitor clients and provide value-added services to demanding customers
