IT Operations Engineer
Healthrise
• Operate, maintain, and optimize Azure infrastructure and platform services in production. • Manage Azure DNS, including API-based DNS automation and lifecycle management. • Administer Azure networking components (vNets, routing, private endpoints, service integration). • Ensure availability, resiliency, and security of Azure-hosted workloads. • Operate and support Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) clusters in production. • Manage cluster lifecycle, upgrades, node pools, and scaling. • Troubleshoot containerized workloads, networking, and storage within AKS. • Partner with engineering teams to ensure Kubernetes workloads are production-ready. • Serve as a Linux Systems Administrator for Azure-hosted systems and AKS nodes. • Perform provisioning, patching, performance tuning, monitoring, and security hardening. • Operate and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience operating Microsoft Azure environments.
- Production experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
- Proficiency in Linux system administration.
- Experience administering PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience supporting Big Data or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of DNS systems, including API-driven management.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms (Datadog or similar).
- Experience operating Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, container, OS, and application layers.

• Document checking against L/C or SBLC should be as per UCP/ISBP/ISP as applicable and corresponding to all applicable ICC guidelines as well as internal policies of the bank • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Responsible for inputting documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Ad-hoc tasks given by the Team Head • Ensure errors/knowledge gaps resulting in rejection of docs are shared with line manager/team to address customer service issues.
• Provide advice and consultation to commercial customers related to Export Finance, Export Payments, Document Checking, Letter of Credit Advising/Confirmation/Transfer, Collections, Risk Participation. • Provide advice and consultation to Product Development Team with respect to Trade Finance activities in accordance with International Practices and ICC Publications/OPM/APPM/Local Rules and Regulations. • Ensure all procedures that are developed comply with Bank Policy and Guidelines. • Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy them. • Ensure MBOs achieved on time. • Exercise due diligence in checking applications particularly for Priority Customers, High value transactions, request for Back to back Letters of Credit/ Red clause letter of credit. • Ensure SLA adherence. All processing should be as per SOP/OPM’s and UCP/ISBP as applicable and approved as Product Program. Charges recovery to be as per the extant guidelines. • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents, checks related to TBML • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Ensure no unattended reconciliation entries pending in Nostro or Internal accounts on daily basis. • Ensure cross skilling for entire team in at least 2 more products.
