Manager, Executive Assistant

What You'll Do As our Manager, Executive Assistant, you will support our CEO and manage 6-7 Executive Assistants. You will have multiple supervisory, coaching, growing a team, creative/coordination/administrative responsibilities. The Manager, Executive Assistant will report to the VP of Corporate Experience. This is a remote position in the Untied States. Be ready to feel The Power of Orange and have some FUN! #LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will Be - Work with the Vice President, Corporate Experience to lead the team on topics like winning culture, leaders' intent, expectations, process improvement and collaboration and incorporating success traits in daily operations. - Help team members grow professionally by improving their skills - Work with the team to ensure there are enough resources to meet support needs - Hold themselves and their team accountable for standards of practice - Manage schedules, team meetings and holding 1:1's - Conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews. Provide feedback, coaching and performance management. - Assess engagement survey and work with team to develop action plans for improvements - Work with team to lead improvements efficiencies and institute best practices across the team - Secure and manage complex travel arrangements - Ensure best use of executive time and related management - Manage incoming requests on behalf of Executive - Provide guidance to EA's with all internal and external executive events and meetings - Provide executive level support including complex calendar management and scheduling needs - Manage administrative activities to help complete important deliverables, including reporting, PowerPoint presentations. - Manage expense reporting and reconciliation - Provide support on special projects What You'll Need to be Successful - 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years providing coordination and support to senior-level executives and 2 years people management experience - 5+ years expertise in Microsoft 365 - Experience with Concur, Slack, Sharepoint - You can work with all levels of the organization Pay Range Details The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Colorado $100,300-$160,500 (annually) Washington $100,300-$177,200 (annually) California $100,300-$194,300 (annually) NYC $121,300-$194,300 (annually) The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
