Job Requirements

  • Proven track record building live operations services or developer tools, preferably in games or interactive applications
  • Deep empathy for developer workflows and ability to translate pain points into product solutions that aim to make their jobs measurably easier
  • Strong product sense for designing services around personalization, engagement campaigns, and player retention
  • Familiarity with how data and machine learning can power developer services
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex value propositions to both technical and business audiences
  • Experience designing features that encourage data sharing while respecting user privacy and creating mutual value
