Job Requirements
- Proven track record building live operations services or developer tools, preferably in games or interactive applications
- Deep empathy for developer workflows and ability to translate pain points into product solutions that aim to make their jobs measurably easier
- Strong product sense for designing services around personalization, engagement campaigns, and player retention
- Familiarity with how data and machine learning can power developer services
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex value propositions to both technical and business audiences
- Experience designing features that encourage data sharing while respecting user privacy and creating mutual value
