• Design and build automated reliability and self-healing systems that protect production at scale • Own and improve incident management tooling and on-call health • Develop and evolve our observability infrastructure, including monitoring, alerting, SLOs, and performance regression detection • Contribute to AI-driven operational tooling that goes beyond triage • Drive incident prevention by identifying systemic patterns and ruthlessly eliminating operational toil • Partner directly with product engineering teams to diagnose reliability gaps • Define and champion operational excellence best practices across engineering
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience on infrastructure and/or platform engineering focused teams
- Expertise in Observability and reliability, operational metrics and data analysis
- Proven track record architecting monitoring frameworks, SLO platforms, and automated response workflows (Datadog or equivalent observability tooling like New Relic, Grafana)
- Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise software applications
- Experience in Developer Experience (DevEx) & Internal Portals: Designing and implementing solutions/tools that centralise and simplify engineering operations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or the like)
- Experience in implementing AI-driven automation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to reduce developer friction, automate repetitive technical tasks, and accelerate time-to-delivery
- Experience in writing high quality code (Go, Python or equivalent) focused on infrastructure, deployment and operations challenges
- Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices within a technical lead capacity

Role Description We’re seeking a relationship-driven and highly organized Homeowner Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued property owners. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the homeowner experience, acting as a trusted advisor, advocate, and communicator. You’ll proactively build strong relationships, confidently guide conversations, and influence positive outcomes that support both homeowner satisfaction and business performance. Responsibilities - Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated liaison for a portfolio of homeowners, building trust and rapport through regular, transparent communication. Utilize gifts as needed and ensure cards are sent for owner birthdays and anniversaries. - Communication: Respond promptly (within 24 working hours) to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and meetings. Provide timely updates regarding property performance, guest feedback, maintenance issues, and financials. Utilize owner newsletters on a regular basis for broad communications. - Onboarding & Retention: Ensure a smooth transition from the onboarding services to our management services. Oversee every aspect and ensure a seamless transition.
