Atuação remota das 08h ás 17h (SEG/SEX) Nesta função você irá: - Programar a solução de software de acordo com as normas e ferramentas da empresa, a fim de cumprir os padrões de qualidade definidos no acordo prévio do nível de atendimento ao cliente e garantindo um serviço de excelência. - Desenvolver funções como membro da divisão, executar funções de acordo ao software fornecido com as especificações do projeto. - Analisar os requisitos do sistema, processos de negócio existentes e sistemas de informação. - Construir melhorias e resolver erros. - Criar e fazer testes unitários e planos de testes unitários. - Suporte técnico a usuários avançados e áreas de negócio - Participação em deploys, testes e validações técnicas - Monitoramento de performance, disponibilidade e integrações (especialmente com SAP) - Organização e registro de documentações técnicas e boas práticas - Atuação no atendimento de chamados técnicos como Nível 2 (suporte especializado) Você precisa ter: - Graduação completa em TI - Experiência em Oracle Global Trade Management (OGTM) - Experiência com SAP SD/MM - Capacidade de investigar incidentes (logs, queries, integrações e comportamento do sistema) - Experiência em análise e resolução de problemas, com escalonamento quando necessário Requisito Desejável: - Conhecimento em PHP (7.x e 8.x) O que você pode esperar de nós Flexibilidade de trabalho, promovendo o equilíbrio entre sua vida pessoal e profissional.
