Recall Analyst​ Lisbon, Portugal Remote/Home-based The Recall Analyst will play a critical role in managing and coordinating recall projects, ensuring that manufacturers effectively communicate product issues to their clients. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communications, and supporting recall management activities. • Identify new home development projects by reviewing jurisdictions and public records across the market area. • Conduct online research using government portals, meeting agendas, applications, and other official sources to find, verify, and update project data. • Track permit and application statuses from initial submission through all regulatory steps up to plat recording. • Ensure timely and accurate updates of assigned community and project records using proprietary software tools. • Perform data entry and routine quality checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness. • Support ad‑hoc research tasks and contribute to process improvements as business needs evolve.

Role Description The Japanese freelancer oversees the quality of the reports delivered by the Evaluators by proofreading them. He/she makes sure that the information provided is up to the Company’s standards before it is delivered to the Client. - Be responsible for the quality delivered, making sure it is aligned with the Company’s standards before the surveys are published to the client. - Ensure the timely validation of the surveys. - Get in touch with the evaluators or Operation Executives for additional information. - Be professional under any circumstances when representing the Company. - Compensation: 1200 JPY/hour (approximately 4 surveys can be validated per hour). Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English as you will be contacting Evaluators and Operation Executives on a regular basis, native speaker. - Excellent organizing skills to make sure the surveys are delivered on time. - Positive and outgoing personality. - Microsoft Office skills. - At least 1-2 years of Editing experience is a plus. - Around 2 hours per day to this work.
