• Make changes to HubSpot, including creating and modifying properties, managing contact records, and maintaining data integrity. • Perform accurate data entry and ensure that all information is up to date and correctly formatted within the CRM. • Conduct data imports and exports as needed, ensuring a smooth transfer of information between systems. • Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track sales, marketing performance, and other key metrics. Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes. • Assist team members with HubSpot-related inquiries, providing training and support as needed. • Identify opportunities for improving data management and CRM processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a data management or CRM-related role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
