Role Description A performance marketing agency focused on universities and nonprofit organizations is hiring a Web Content Strategist to help shape and optimize digital content across complex higher education websites. This role focuses on developing content strategies that support enrollment marketing goals, helping prospective students find the right information while guiding them toward actions like inquiries, program exploration, and applications. - Work closely with SEO, paid media, UX, CRO, and analytics teams to ensure content decisions align with both user needs and measurable performance outcomes. - This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of web content strategy, digital marketing, and user experience, especially within complex multi-program university environments. - This is a fully remote role, paid in USD. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content, or web strategy. - Experience working on large, complex websites with multiple programs or audiences. - Direct experience with higher education marketing (universities, online programs, or agencies supporting HE clients). - Experience collaborating with SEO, paid media, CRO, UX, and analytics teams. - Demonstrated ability to connect content decisions with measurable marketing outcomes. - 100% fluency in English. - Experience working with U.S.-based companies or teams.
