This role is execution-heavy and research-driven—focused on proactive sourcing, structured outreach, and disciplined pipeline management. You will act as the talent discovery engine, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel outreach to surface qualified candidates across global markets. By sourcing proactively and screening effectively, you’ll reduce recruiter workload and ensure only qualified candidates move forward. Your structured notes, tagging, and reporting will give recruiting teams clarity and confidence in decision-making while providing leadership visibility into sourcing performance.
