We're looking for a detail-obsessed Operations Associate to own lead quality and data validation for an early-stage AI sales intelligence platform. The platform surfaces high-intent B2B buyers in real time, and the accuracy of every lead in the system directly impacts how well it performs for sales teams. Your job is to make sure the data is right. This is a process-driven, execution-focused role. You will review pre-generated lead lists, validate data points against defined criteria, flag anything that does not meet the standard, and keep everything documented and tracked. No advanced technical skills required. What is required is precision, consistency, and a genuine intolerance for errors slipping through. If you are highly organized, comfortable with structured repetitive work, and take quality control seriously, this role is a strong fit. Role Description This position is remote but requires you to work West Coast Hours. As a Loan Closing Specialist, you will be producing closing documents, reviewing closing documents, and communicating with third parties such as title and escrow.
