Your job is to make sure the data is right. This is a process-driven, execution-focused role. You will: - Review pre-generated lead lists. - Validate data points against defined criteria. - Flag anything that does not meet the standard. - Keep everything documented and tracked. No advanced technical skills required. What is required is precision, consistency, and a genuine intolerance for errors slipping through. If you are highly organized, comfortable with structured repetitive work, and take quality control seriously, this role is a strong fit. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail is non-negotiable. - Comfort working with spreadsheets and web-based tools including Google Sheets and browser-based research. - Ability to follow repeatable processes and instructions precisely and consistently. - Self-directed with strong focus and the ability to maintain steady throughput over a full shift. - Reliable internet connection and solid computer proficiency. - Responsive to feedback and quick to adapt when processes change. - No specific educational background or industry experience required. Requirements - Prior experience in operations, data review, lead generation, or a quality control role (nice to have). - Familiarity with LinkedIn for contact research and profile verification (nice to have). - Exposure to email validation tools or light AI search tools such as Perplexity or similar (nice to have). - Background in B2B sales, sales operations, or revenue operations (nice to have). Benefits - You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th). - Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy. - Observance of Holidays per company guidelines. - 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive. - Direct contribution to the data quality that powers a live AI sales intelligence engine. - Early-stage company where your attention to detail has real, visible impact on the product. How to Apply Please include: - Your updated resume. - A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your experience with data review or quality control work, and explaining how you maintain accuracy and consistency when working through high-volume repetitive tasks. Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process. Application Process Overview Our comprehensive selection process ensures we find the right fit for both you and our clients: - Initial Application - Submit your application and complete our prequalifying questions. - Video Introduction - Record a video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience. - Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable). - Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team. - Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment. - Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting. - Background & Reference Check - Professional reference verification. - Job Offer - Successful candidates receive a formal offer to join the team.
