Internal Recruiter (USA Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

We partner with international US clients and integrate our staff members directly within our clients operations. We focus on long-term placements where you contribute directly to the clients success. We are placing a Internal Recruiter on behalf of our US-client who specialises in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs across multiple US-locations. This is not a commission-based role. You will be embedded within the client’s operations, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding of clinical and administrative staff essential to service delivery. Role Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across multiple US-locations, focusing on clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, and ABA therapists, as well as operational support staff. This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. You will also support onboarding and HR administration to ensure all new hires are compliant, credentialed, and effectively integrated into the organisation. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM South African time – subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States as well as the operational requirements of the Company). - You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. - Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. - Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role. Job Responsibilities (but not limited to): Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical and administrative roles across all locations - Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific job boards - Source passive candidates through networking, university partnerships, and professional associations within the ABA/behavioral health space - Screen applications and conduct initial phone and video interviews - Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout - Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records - Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from application through to offer stage Onboarding & HR Administration - Coordinate onboarding processes including background checks, reference checks, and credential verification (e.g., RBT certification, BCBA licensure) - Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and timeously - Liaise with clinical leadership to support smooth onboarding and team integration - Maintain accurate employee records in line with company policies and employment regulations - Provide support with HR-related queries, including employee relations and benefits administration
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site environments is highly advantageous
- Exposure to recruiting clinical roles such as BCBAs, RBTs, or similar is beneficial
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, especially in compliance and documentation
- Ability to work independently and drive recruitment processes forward
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination ability
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer navigation
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms
