Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation across our IT and OT environments. This role will focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and system orchestration using tools such as Terraform and Ansible. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and automation who can drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability across multiple environments. - Infrastructure Automation & IaC - Design, build, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform & Azure DevOps [Ansible as Secondary objective] - Develop reusable modules for multi-environment deployments (dev, test, production) - Automate provisioning of Virtual machines (VMware / Hyper-V), Networking components (VLANs, firewalls, load balancers), Storage systems, Cloud resources (Azure/AWS if applicable) - Configuration Management & Orchestration - Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and Terraform Plans, Azure pipelines and roles - Automate OS provisioning and hardening, Application deployments, Patch management, Configuration drift remediation - Integrate Ansible/Terraform with CI/CD pipelines - System Integration & DevOps Enablement - Integrate automation workflows with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) - Build automated pipelines for infrastructure deployment and validation - Implement version control and change tracking for all automation artifacts - Infrastructure & Platform Engineering - Support and automate Virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi / Hyper-V), Windows Server and/or Linux systems, Networking (routing, switching, firewall policies) - Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance - Monitoring, Logging & Reliability - Automate monitoring deployment and alerting configurations - Improve system reliability through automation and self-healing scripts - Troubleshoot automation failures and infrastructure issues - Security & Compliance - Implement secure configurations aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks - Automate security baselines and compliance checks - Manage secrets securely (e.g., Vault, Key Vault) - Documentation & Standards - Develop and maintain Automation standards, SOPs and runbooks - Ensure all automation is Version-controlled, Documented and Auditable Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience - 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or DevOps engineering - Strong experience with Terraform (advanced) / Ansible (advanced) - Experience with Virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V), Windows Server and/or Linux administration, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing) Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms - CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred) - Veeam Backup & Replication - Knowledge of OT/SCADA environments (highly desirable) - Cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, IEC 62443) - Scripting experience - PowerShell, Python, Bash Soft Skills - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and own environments - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on automation quality and reliability Work Conditions - Participation in on-call rotation and off-hours work when required - Support patching windows and deployment activities Nice-to-Have - Experience building end-to-end automated environments from scratch - Strong understanding of hybrid IT/OT infrastructure - Experience with infrastructure migration or transformation projects

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Bare Metal Engineer to join our technology team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and systems to support scalable and robust operations. As a Bare Metal Engineer, you will work closely with our senior infrastructure team to integrate and maintain numerous data centers and bare metal inventory, while supporting automation and product development efforts. - Install and integrate Hydra’s Brokkr software with new datacenters and onboarded servers - Maintain integrated datacenter and inventory, respond to L2 and L3 requests and alerts, and improve monitoring and other supporting infrastructure - Monitor system performance and uptimes, ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution - Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools - Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies - Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower human intervention time on any tasks - Participate in the design of information and operational support systems Qualifications - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. What you’ll do: - Manage daily operations and corporate maintenance activities of WorkMotion’s global entities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. - Track and drive corporate compliance obligations, including license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, corporate governance tasks, etc., while working with external and internal stakeholders. - Help execute WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to manage the set-up of entities and the operating infrastructure for WorkMotion across the globe to employ compliantly worldwide. - Source, select, and manage external partners and providers that are part of our local EOR infrastructure. - Support with project management of various expansion or improvement initiatives related to our global infrastructure, as well as special company and strategic projects. - Collaborate with WorkMotion’s internal Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams, and serve as a point of contact for entity-related queries. - Maintain and update documents, records, and data to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness. - Support audits, regulatory inspections, and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation. - Identify and solve problems, inefficiencies, or gaps in our entity management systems and internal processes.
