Bilingual Front Desk Specialist - Chiropractic Practice

We are seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Front Desk Specialists to support a busy chiropractic practice. This role is primarily focused on managing inbound patient calls, ensuring every call is answered promptly, and delivering a smooth, patient-centered scheduling experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of phone interactions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Handling (Primary Focus) - Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally - Assist patients with scheduling, general inquiries, and basic information - Deliver a consistently friendly and patient-centered experience Outbound Calls - Conduct appointment confirmations - Assist patients with rescheduling needs - Perform follow-up communication as required Administrative Support - Perform insurance verifications and pre-authorizations - Maintain email communications and update EMR records - Support general front desk administrative workflows What We’re Looking For - A patient-first mindset and positive attitude - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Commitment to consistency and quality in every interaction

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a front desk receptionist, patient coordinator, or a similar role within a U.S. healthcare setting is required.
  • Previous experience in chiropractic care, pain management, orthopedics, or a related specialty is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ChiroTouch EMR strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage responsibilities independently.
  • What we Offer:
  • Please note this is a contractor position offering 30+ hours per week, depending on Saturday coverage needs. The pay rate is $7–$8 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PST), with occasional Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PST).
