We are looking for a Creator & Content Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator ecosystem from scratch. This is not a traditional social media role, it’s a creative strategist + creator operations hybrid. You will be responsible for finding great creators, guiding their content, and ensuring everything produced is high-quality, on-brand, and performance-driven. Responsibilities: - Source and reach out to creators (videographers, lawn transformation creators, UGC creators) - Vet creators based on content quality, audience fit, and brand alignment - Build a repeatable onboarding process (briefs, expectations, payment terms, timelines) - Target: build a roster of 8–10 recurring creators - Act as the main point of contact for all creators - Maintain strong, consistent communication - Ensure creators feel valued and motivated - Negotiate rates and manage payments within budget - Secure proper content usage rights upfront - Write clear, actionable content briefs - Align creators with editors and creative teams - Ensure creators capture the right raw footage - Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent output - Bring fresh, performance-driven content ideas weekly - Identify trends (short-form, transformations, before/after, etc.) - Analyze competitor and creator content - Propose and implement winning formats quickly - Align creator output with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns - Coordinate timing to ensure content is ready when needed - Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships - Begin structuring affiliate systems (tracking, tiers, incentives) - Lay the groundwork for scalable creator monetization - Maintain a tracker of all content produced - Monitor performance and identify winning content patterns - Build SOPs to enable scalability - Gradually build a creator-led content system - Enable creators to produce ready-to-post content - Manage the system rather than executing everything yourself

Job Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in creator management, UGC, influencer marketing, or content strategy
  • Strong experience in DTC / e-commerce environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple creators and content pipelines
  • Experience briefing creators for high-performing short-form content
  • Strong understanding of content performance and creative strategy
  • Strong visual instinct — knows what “stops the scroll”
