As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the migration of applications and infrastructure from VMware to OpenShift. This role focuses on execution, automation, and platform support, working closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer and development teams. How your day-to-day work will look like: ✅ Execute migration activities from VMware-based environments to OpenShift. ✅ Containerize applications and optimize Docker/Podman images. ✅ Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines. ✅ Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using IaC tools. ✅ Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift. ✅ Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and deployment issues. ✅ Work with persistent storage and manage Kubernetes storage resources. ✅ Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments. ✅ Support monitoring, logging, and alerting implementations. ✅ Document processes, configurations, and best practices. This would make you the ideal candidate: ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 4+ Years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. ✨ 2+ Years of experience working with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift. ✨ Strong experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman). ✨ Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). ✨ Hands-on experience with scripting (Bash). ✨ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Ansible). ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Job Summary & Responsibilities The Reliability Engineer (RE) will report to the Reliability Engineering Manager in the Technology Department. RE will work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure Inspira's systems are highly available, scalable, and secure.
