• Instruction & Didactics: Conduct sessions in German, ranging from Course Overviews to deep-dive Coding Assessments. • Curriculum Maintenance & Development: Regularly update lesson materials, code examples, and exercises. • Develop new modules (e.g., new Next.js features or AI tools) to keep the course 'state-of-the-art.' • Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry shifts. • Agile Mentoring (Capstone Sprints): Lead the 5-week project phase, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and progress evaluations. • AI Integration: Demonstrate and teach how to use AI tools effectively to speed up the development process without sacrificing code quality.
Job Requirements
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in Fullstack development (TS, NestJS, Next.js).
- AI Fluency: Expert at Coding with AI; you know how to use LLMs to write better code, debug faster, and teach students to do the same responsibly.
- Curriculum Experience: Experience in creating or maintaining technical educational content.
- Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native German is mandatory (course language).
- Methodology: Strong experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
