Job Description

Sales Development Manager

Laserhub GmbH

• Lead development & AI integration: You evaluate and develop inbound leads and actively use AI tools (e.g., for research, personalization, or automation) to significantly increase your throughput and lead quality • Consultative selling: You conduct goal-oriented initial conversations and onboarding calls and understand customers’ needs at eye level • Deal closing: You take full ownership of the process through to the successful close of the first-time buyer deal • Pipeline architecture: You create a seamless handover to our Account Management team to ensure the long-term success of the customer journey • Process optimization: You challenge the status quo, implement new (AI-supported) workflows, and actively drive the development of our sales funnel

Job Requirements

  • Sales track record: At least three years of experience in B2B sales (ideally in a startup or platform environment)
  • AI-native mindset: You don’t just embrace AI—you actively use tools like Gemini or AI-powered CRM features to boost your productivity
  • Closing strength: Qualification, sales calls, and deal closing are your comfort zone
  • Structure & data: You work with a numbers-oriented mindset, enjoy structured processes, and are highly familiar with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Communication pro: You are fluent in German and ideally English at a business/negotiation level
  • Industry affinity: You have a basic understanding of the manufacturing sector or are eager to dive deep into the world of metalworking
