• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across Europe through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn. • Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and hand off high-quality opportunities to the sales team. • Research and analyze target industries and companies to develop tailored outreach strategies. • Build strong relationships with prospects through a consultative and confident approach. • Manage and maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress within CRM systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting and outbound sales development, with a focus on the GCC market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in initiating conversations with senior-level executives.
- Strong objection-handling skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
