Job Description: Developer / Web / Zoho CRM We are looking for a skilled Developer with expertise in web development and Zoho CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, managing CRM workflows, and implementing automation using Zoho Deluge scripting. This role also requires proficiency in cold email blasting strategies to support marketing and client outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications and integrations with Zoho CRM. - Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting. - Implement and manage cold email blasting campaigns to support lead generation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve user experience. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM and web applications. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within CRM systems. - Provide technical support and training to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar). - Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and Deluge scripting. - Familiarity with cold email blasting tools and strategies. - Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
