Lead design practice rituals and develop new standards that enhance team efficiency. • Partner with product and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, make informed recommendations, and implement improvements that streamline process. • Navigate ambiguity with ease, driving clarity and actionable insights from complex situations. Equally, balance user and business needs to create solutions that are impactful and strategic. • Bring people together through inspiring design and narrative. Foster alignment across teams by effectively communicating a design vision and facilitating collaboration.
