Role Description As the future CEO, you will be responsible for defining the company's development strategy in all its dimensions (market, finance, product, etc.) in collaboration with the founders, with the following main missions: - Building and managing the company's business model to guarantee its profitability; - Securing the necessary funding to support the development and commercialization of this new treatment by responding to calls for projects and competitions and raising funds from investors; - Formalizing the regulatory preclinical roadmap and managing the company's business plan; - Structuring the team and industrial partnerships (CRO, CDMO, pharmaceutical clients); Qualifications - PhD in a Life Sciences or Chemistry field, preferably in the neurosciences or formulation chemistry; - Proven experience (5+ years) in general management, industrial development, or scale-up within the pharma/biotech sector; - Experience in fundraising (preseed/seed) or negotiating strategic partnerships (industrial, commercial, and distribution partners); - Strong communication skills to effectively convey business strategies and capabilities internally and externally, and the ability to communicate effectively with partners, investors, and clients; - A strong interest in R&D challenges and industrial innovation, with a keen entrepreneurial mindset; Requirements - Experience in fundraising or industrial partnerships; - Successful experience in regulatory preclinical and/or clinical development of therapeutic treatment; - Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, CDMOs, or VCs; - Experience in the neurology/neurodegeneration field is required; - Knowledge or experience with nanoparticles/nanovectors is a plus;
• Own and drive the visual and technical direction of our design systems • Collaborate with the founders, product, and engineering on design, product strategy, and delivery • Synthesize user feedback into actionable designs that delight our customers
• Bring the vision of accelerating mainstream adoption of NFTs to life • Work alongside a world-class team backed by investors in e-commerce ecosystems • Solve problems with no set playbook
• Build the sales engine and define the sales strategy that fuels the growth of the company • Develop, write and deliver sales proposals • Synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform product roadmap • Manage the Novel CRM
• Own all digital marketing strategies to develop a portfolio of diverse customers and help shape the company’s brand • Own product marketing of products and features including positioning, messaging, gathering customer feedback
