This is a remote position We are currently looking for freelance translators: Language combinations: - English (US) into Dari (Afghan-Persian) Specializations: - Healthcare - Patient Education/information Specific knowledge ==> US market Requirements We must ensure we have reliable and experienced translators, then applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria (ISO 17100): a) have obtained a degree in translation, linguistics or language studies or an equivalent degree that includes significant translation training, from a recognized institution of higher education; b) have obtained a degree in any other field from a recognized institution of higher education and has the equivalent of two years of full-time professional experience in translating; c) have the equivalent of five years of full-time professional experience in translating. • Provide Translation services for individuals with a language barrier • Accurately translate spoken work situations like lectures, conversations, and meetings • Utilizing technology to transcribe spoken English in some settings • Reading an original document and translating it into the language required • Editing translated versions • Sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Provide effective Video Remote Interpreting Support and model the company's mission and values • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues • Always exhibit professional behaviour including punctuality and preparedness for shifts • Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technologies • Multitask between interpreting effectively and utilizing calls • Participate in company sponsored training for Professional Development • Exhibit the ability to meet performance expectations with minimal supervision • Possess the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in all settings

• Translate documents from Vietnamese (vi-VN) to English (en-GB/en-US) with a focus on pharmacovigilance content. • Perform Translation, Copy Editing (CE) and Machine Translation Post Editing (MTPE) tasks as required, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency. • Adhere to **tight deadlines**, especially for projects received during EU close-of-business hours, with delivery required for early morning. • Work within the client-provided XTM CAT tool (license will be provided). • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
