• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 mid-tier clients with low to moderate complexity and up to $1.5M ARR • Participate in pre-sales discovery sessions and contribute to solution design and proposal development • Lead implementation planning and onboarding coordination, ensuring alignment with client goals • Conduct semi-customized program reviews and provide strategic recommendations • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales and product teams • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, milestones, and engagement metrics • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Oversee delivery of large-scale data strategy, governance, and MDM engagements • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Provide quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable client impact • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes • Identify opportunities to expand DataCatalyst’s services within existing accounts • Support proposal development, presentations, and thought leadership to win new business • Collaborate with partners and vendors in the data ecosystem to identify joint opportunities • Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional growth • Contribute to the development of frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets that strengthen our delivery capability • Help shape DataCatalyst’s practice strategy and service offerings
