• Together with your team, you develop solution concepts for our customers, and implement and optimize processes • You are responsible for designing, conducting and following up workshops and for producing requirements analyses • You coordinate customization and optimization requests from customers with the development team • You manage customer projects from process analysis through to Go-Live and train our customers remotely and on-site • You contribute your own ideas and suggestions for improving our software and internal processes
Job Requirements
- You have a proven track record in implementing ERP systems or other complex business software
- You know how to approach software projects as a consultant and deliver them successfully
- You can build an effective bridge between customer expectations and developer realities, reconciling different wishes and requirements
- Strong analytical skills, IT affinity and a solid understanding of business administration are required
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially well-developed communication and teamwork abilities
