Senior Consultant – IT Strategy

OCTO Technology

• Deliver high-impact strategic engagements • Lead high-impact strategic consulting missions (3–4 months) for IT/Data Executive Committees (CODIR) • Secure transformation roadmaps across IT, data and AI • Define strategies, roadmaps and executive-level business cases • Actively contribute to business development • Support consulting development: pre-sales, RFP responses, high-stakes pitches • Enrich offerings and convictions through field experience • Produce foundational assets: frameworks, benchmarks and methodologies • Deploy and disseminate OCTO approaches • Build consulting culture across extended teams at OCTO on methodology and advisory approaches • Ensure high-quality standards across engagements • Advocate our viewpoints on major technology and data transformations

Job Requirements

  • A strong technical foundation
  • At least 5 years' experience in strategic consulting on IT, product and organizational topics, working with C-level clients
  • Technical fluency enabling you to work on diverse engagements in data, Generative AI (GenAI), private/public cloud and associated organizational models (Agile, product mode)
  • A deep understanding of the strategic priorities of CEOs, CIOs and CDOs: technological sovereignty and the impact of Generative AI on organizations and business models
  • Proven experience in strategic consulting characterized by confidence, rigor and a focus on impact
  • A strong consulting culture with the ability to structure and present to an Executive Committee (CODIR)
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Strong analytical and writing skills to convey key messages to C-level executives
  • A balance of humility and assertiveness to adapt your posture and messaging
