Lead Delivery Manager – Technical Lead
iLogos Game Studios
• Design, implement, and continuously improve delivery pipelines across all production directions • Establish unified engineering standards (architecture, coding, performance, QA, release flows) • Define cross-team processes: planning, estimation, milestones, risk management, and retrospectives • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple parallel projects, including live slot/iGaming products • Own the overall technical landscape of the company • Make high-level architectural and technology decisions • Validate and approve technical solutions proposed by Direction Leads • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and technical consistency across products • Identify and mitigate technical risks early • Work closely with Direction Leads (Gambling/iGaming, Mobile, Playables, Instant, etc.) • Mentor Direction Leads • Participate in hiring decisions for senior technical roles • Define KPIs for delivery quality, velocity, and stability • Monitor adherence to processes and standards • Continuously optimize workflows based on real project data
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in game development or interactive product development
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Delivery Lead, CTO-like roles)
- Hands-on experience with Unity (mandatory) and slot/iGaming production pipelines
- Proven experience managing multiple teams and multiple production directions simultaneously
- Deep understanding of slot mechanics, RNG, RTP, pay tables, and regulatory constraints
- Strong system-thinking mindset: ability to design processes, not just features
- Experience with cross-platform development (mobile, web, instant games)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English.
