• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software with a focus on long-term sustainability, scalability, and performance • Lead the transition from legacy components toward a modern, TS-based microservices architecture • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code primarily using Node.js, TypeScript, and React, while remaining open to using the best tool for specific architectural problems • Take accountability for the full SDLC: from initial technical design and architecture discussions to deployment and post-launch monitoring • Ensure high performance and robustness in high-traffic, mission-critical environments where millions of requests are handled daily • Drive improvements in the team's ways of working by promoting Agile practices, TDD, and a "You build it, you run it" DevOps culture • Mentor fellow developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation to ensure high engineering standards • Explore and integrate emerging technologies—including AI/ML where relevant—to enhance system efficiency and user experience
