• Support cross-country durability analyses (employment, earnings, job quality, financial health, and related metrics) • Conduct structured literature reviews and benchmarking analyses • Draft evaluation briefs, internal synthesis memos, and funder-ready materials • Translate ambiguous leadership and funder questions into structured analytical approaches • Develop high-quality slide decks and written summaries that distill complex findings • Partner with Impact Operations and Analytics colleagues on select dashboard analyses and metric interpretation

• Work independently on the collection, analysis and presentation of evidence-based clinical trial informatics data • Recruitment rate & enrollment data verification, contributing towards proposal and bid defense presentations • Development of proposal text to present the study strategy rationale and make recommendations • Research scientific literature to provide background information and support TFS business development

• Gather and analyze statistical and qualitative information related to First Nations issues. • Develop and support policy by collecting and interpreting data and collaborating with key stakeholders. • Make recommendations on policies, programs, processes, and procedures that affect First Nations. • Work collaboratively with AFN policy staff and colleagues across the organization to ensure coordinated and consistent policy development. • Manage and maintain databases, centralized information repositories, and internal knowledge-sharing systems relevant to the sector. • Participate in the development and implementation of sector-specific work plans and contribute to broader strategic and tactical planning aligned with First Nations priorities. • Respond to information and action requests and communicate relevant updates across the sector and the organization. • Draft and review briefing notes, speeches, and correspondence for senior management and leaders. • Establish and maintain productive relationships and networks with First Nations communities at regional and national levels. • Plan, support, facilitate, or lead meetings, discussions, and consultations with internal and external partners. • Provide project management and technical support or leadership on sector projects.
