Virtual Teammate

• Build and optimize advanced HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation • Develop custom dashboards and reporting systems to track marketing performance • Implement and improve lead scoring models to enhance sales team efficiency • Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, emails, and ads • Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for conversion rate improvements • Set up and maintain GA4, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling • Work with SQL/Excel for advanced data analysis and insights • Collaborate with leadership to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (workflows, sequences, lead scoring, custom dashboards)
  • Proven track record in funnel building with measurable conversion rate improvements
  • Strong A/B testing background - landing pages, email campaigns, and ad optimization
  • Technical proficiency with GA4, UTM tracking, attribution modeling, and SQL/Excel
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to present complex data insights clearly to leadership
  • Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Nice to Have: ClickFunnels certification
  • WordPress (Elementor) experience
  • Familiarity with Zapier/Make integrations
  • Basic video embedding/CSS skills
