SKYVE
• Diagnose performance across our Amazon portfolio and identify the true drivers of sales and profit changes (traffic vs conversion vs offer vs advertising efficiency) • Set weekly priorities and a clear execution plan for the Jr. Performance Analyst, including what to change, why it matters, and how success will be measured • Provide expert guidance on Amazon advertising strategy, including campaign structure, cleanup, search term review, negative keywords, bidding and budgeting, and when to run keyword ranking pushes with guardrails • Provide guidance on Sponsored Brand strategy, including what campaigns to run, how to structure them, and how to evaluate results • Guide product page conversion improvements through keyword mapping, title strategy, content improvements, and a disciplined testing roadmap • Guide A/B testing strategy, including hypothesis quality, test design, decision rules, and how to turn learnings into repeatable practices • Guide pricing and promotion strategy to improve profitability, including coupons, deals, bundles, and subscription offers where relevant • Review weekly reporting and coach the Jr. Analyst on clear thinking, prioritization, and measurement so insights translate into better actions • Support the founder team with high-level recommendations, trade-offs, and decision-making on growth priorities across the Amazon portfolio • Build and refine simple operating systems such as weekly scorecards, checklists, templates, and rules of thumb for ads optimization and testing cadence
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon growth experience (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)
- Deep expertise in Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), including profit-focused optimization and structured experimentation
- Strong product page optimization skills: keyword mapping, titles, images, A+ content, and conversion improvement through testing (not just opinions)
- Strong understanding of pricing and promotions on Amazon and how they impact profitability
- Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable tasks for a junior operator, with measurable success criteria
- Strong analytical thinking: comfortable diagnosing problems using core metrics (sales, profit, advertising efficiency, click-through rate, conversion rate, and keyword visibility)
- Reliable, async-first communication and comfort working remotely with limited meeting time
- Experience in supplements or better-for-you foods is a plus, not required
- Experience across EU marketplaces (especially Germany) is a plus, not required
