Sales Manager
Amcor
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term partnerships. • Develop new sales opportunities and identify solutions aligned with customer needs, including bespoke products. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements to maximise profitability. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance) to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates. • Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, ISO standards, and CRM processes.
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (2–5 years), ideally in manufacturing or packaging.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of packaging products and the German market.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
