• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Servicios Profesionales y Educación para centralizar actividades de gestión de recursos • Obtener recursos para todos los compromisos de Servicios Profesionales y Educación según habilidades y disponibilidad del calendario • Apoyar el ciclo de vida de la actividad de servicios desde la reserva hasta la programación, entrega y reconocimiento de ingresos • Gestionar y resolver conflictos de reservas de recursos • Participar en reuniones semanales de recursos con gerentes de cuentas de servicios / entrega • Comunicar con clientes y partes interesadas internas para coordinar la programación de compromisos de servicios profesionales y educación • Monitorear actividades diarias del proyecto y recursos, identificando casos potenciales de subutilización y trabajar con los líderes de equipo para abordar y resolver esos problemas • Gestionar la provisión de cursos de formación virtual
Job Requirements
- 2+ años de experiencia en gestión de recursos o gestión de proyectos en la industria de soluciones de software
- Licenciatura es preferida. Puede sustituir la experiencia por educación
- Dominio de aplicaciones de MS Office, incluyendo Microsoft Excel
- Experiencia en Salesforce/Financial Force es un plus
- Habilidades asertivas de resolución de conflictos y solución de problemas
- Comunicación clara y concisa en forma escrita y verbal
- Capacidad para ser diplomático o firme cuando sea necesario
- Altamente orientado a los detalles y capaz de trabajar de manera autónoma
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos ajustados con confianza y facilidad
- Capacidad para priorizar y organizar la carga de trabajo en múltiples grupos
- Certificación RMCP es preferida.
