Koch Finishing Systems is seeking a Sales Account Manager with experience in automated finishing equipment (paint (liquid, powder, or ecoat), plating, and anodizing) sales to support our growing customer base. This role is focused on solution-based technical selling of custom finishing systems for metal finishing and surface treatment applications. We are looking for an individual who understands the industry, can build strong customer relationships, and can translate customer needs into engineered solutions. This position can be remote but requires travel to office locations and customer sites nationwide. The base salary for the first eighteen months will be up to $160,000. After that period, the compensation structure shifts to a lower base with greater earning potential through commissions. Top Sales Account Managers earn up to twice their base salary.
