Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the creation of compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media, branding materials, and advertisements. • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly and engaging designs. • Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their skills. • Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality design output and meeting project deadlines. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business objectives. • Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary to produce marketing materials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or 3D design is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading a design team.
