• Together with the Customer Operations team, you manage our central inbox and handle inquiries from our B2B customers • You answer follow-up questions about our products, how they work, and payroll data • You support our enterprise customers with operational matters such as onboarding and offboarding employees • You maintain and update data in the CRM and backend so colleagues and customers can always access accurate and complete information • You regularly coordinate with User Support, Customer Success, and Development teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • You assist the Operations team with other administrative tasks

Job Requirements

  • You are enrolled at least in your 3rd semester and have at least one year remaining until graduation
  • You are regularly available for at least 15 hours per week (ideally 20 hours) and can increase your availability slightly around month-end if needed
  • You have practical experience in B2B customer contact in a support or operations role (e.g., through completed vocational training or a previous working-student role), ideally at a SaaS or tech company
  • You have proven experience working with IT systems or software products
  • You have practical experience with AI tools, whether in a private, professional, or academic context, and are open to using them actively in your daily work
  • A friendly, service-oriented approach to customers comes naturally to you
  • You communicate in writing at a very high level: German at native level, English at B1 level
  • You have a strong understanding of data, numbers, and technical processes, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and self-directed manner, including when working from home
  • You have a quick grasp of new information and independently familiarize yourself with new tools and processes
