Regional Sales Manager – Northern Germany

• Strategic and operational link between the sales team and headquarters • Lead and inspire a team of 7 • Support and coach the team in the field • Foster exchange between sales representatives and central departments • Use Salesforce for analysis and reporting • Develop the team and sales territory using data-driven strategies

Job Requirements

  • Initial leadership experience in a sales or promotions environment
  • Proven success in B2B field sales and business development
  • Expert in Salesforce
  • Ability to motivate others, assertiveness, and empathy
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 80%
  • Strong solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
  • French or any additional language is a plus
